Her left eye is on the floor mirror but it's all about the base shoes.

I know, I know, it's not a professional shot. MGM studios said Judy Garland had beautiful eyes, and that was probably the only positive thing they said about her.

I normally concentrate on the background of an image first.  Once the background surrounding has been fully analyzed and established, the focal point is focus upon.  Following this protocol would allow me to make a better and educated interpretation of the the main reason of the image at that specific longitudinal and lattitudinal positon on Earth.
