Yearly Performance Score/Grading system = 97%-100%= A+ = Zenithal
                                        94%-96% = A  = exceptional
                                        90%-93% = A- = extraordinary
                                        87%-89% = B+ = ordinary
                                        84%-86% = B  = acceptable dumbass
                                        ≤83%    = C  = failure
