The only one laos movie I watched is about a child making roket for rainfall. That puts me back to happy childhood. Wonderful movie for people with that experiences. ;D

It's not just Americans that are like that. I met someone from the Philippines and they thought Laos was part of Myanmar. At that point I just sighed and gave up. Most people have no real idea about geography and it's frustrating. A lot of Americans who fought in the Vietnam war know Laos though

Many Laotians don't speak English or French, and, the ones that speaks, only says to you "yes", "ok", or "I don't know"!!
