Hello,I'm Kai-ou,Thai student.
I'm studying in Japan's University.

My Japanese friends who studying in Medical School want to
go to Laos and maybe Thailand to help develop rural places of
the two countries.

But they don't know much about rural places of Laos. So please,could you tell me about Laos,especially where of Laos that still a rural place and what kind of help that it wants. And it would be very much of your
kindness if you tell me how to contact Laos person who study in Japan.

Hi Kai-ou , i know that in Phonesavanh , Xiengkhouang province in Norht Laos there is a french man man with a Japanese doctor who is helping people over there.I guess she could have some informations.

It's very kind t go and help people, especially in far from cities places.

Thank you very much. Now I'm trying to contact someone in Konkaen University who has a project of [Helping Rural Places of Thailand and Laos].

And also,I still need more informations about Laos. Hope you can help me.
