Yes I was, but for only one and a half months if my mind serves me correctly.

I'm not picturesque like any of the current Beerlao female promoters, so no one was interested in taking pictures of me.

Did you come across any hostility - anyone fight over you - while YOU were in these girls' predicaments?

I've never been to the beer bars, that's the place for prostitutes.

Beer Lao girls work in restaurants, that's where I was placed. Nobody fought over me, but they stared at me.

Were you hoping they'd fight over you? I'm sorry I just had to ask. LOL I know here in America, not just bars, but parties in general...fights always occur during Lao events. It could be some Lao persons birthday or Lao wedding party, when alcohol is served, there always seem to be fights happening. It's almost like it's in our blood. I got randomly socked in the face by these pricks before during my cousins wedding, and I wasn't expecting it. And of course, everyone got into it. I thin it's just madness, some fighting over girls,while others for entertainment.

I'm cool as a cucumber, or "khon sabai, sabai" as we call it in Lao language.

There's no need to be aggressive towards customers.
