I think China has more to offer. Who doesn't want to be friends with China for economic benefits?

I think the government is getting better at negotiating. Balancing Vietnam influences by bringing in China, and Thailand is a good idea. I like the government policy, being friends with everybody and welcome any foreign investors.

Agreed. Government want to balance foreigner power influences. They're don't just reliance on Vietnam anymore. Like the good old day.

Now let see who will pour more money into Laos, Thailand, China or Vietnam.
