The Wizard of Oz princess, Judy Garland lived a Cinderella story. Her rise to stardom and her dominating mother had an impact on her. Judy Garland kick started her show business career way before the likes of Elizabeth Taylor and Marilyn Monroe was born.
Miss Garland was an original and talented star in the very old days who set the pace in singing and dancing. And when she arrived in Hollywood to become an actress, she was a Rolls-Royce and there was no way that MGM film studios would let go of her for the next one-and-a-half decades.
