The Wizard of Oz babe, Judy Garland didn't own a portable mobile/cell phone because they weren't around in her days, but she had a telephone like any high profile celebrities would.
Unlike today's stars, Judy Garland was a very accessible star and she always made herself available to talk to fans she knew over the phone.
