Must be Lao American. I see a lot of expat Laos that have this attitude, and most are from US.
If you show the money, you will only meet the money grabber and not the real Lao girls.
Lao girls are very approachable. Just approach and start a conversation. Simple. Don't expect to much because they're not like western girls.
