Been busy and had to leave the country for a while for work and not pleasure of course ;D.  Are you eating six eggs every morning now?

I'm surprise you're still here all this time. Yes I'm still hitting the gym. And trying to eat good protein food, egg, chicken, fish, beef and veggies. :)

I wish got long way to go. Hard to get 6 pack. I start at 170 lb now I weight 163 lb. add little bit of lean muscle. It's harder to gain the older you get. You still workout?

Yes sir - Monday,Wednesday and Friday...and I have discovered my specialized routines to target all muscle fibers now only on theses three days.

I'm starting to eat healthy, hight protein food. Agreed got to work everybody part don't want chicken legs.

Monday - Chest/triceps
Tuesday - Legs/calves
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Shoulder/traps
Friday - Back/Biceps

No problem. They also have good vdo showing the right workout form. And nutrition, protein tips.

Yes sir I drink about a gallon of water a day when working out. I stop drinking pop and cut down on alcohol.
