I hate it when Laotians use karaoke. It shows that they don't want to integrate into society.

If they want to write in English then use proper English instead of writing Lao in English form.

Anyway I think this is what each sentence means:

1. "you can speak Lao"
2. "yes, i will ......"
3. "your mum is happy"
4.  "I miss ......"

I did my best.

Admin could you clarify your post? How does his question relate to karaoke?

In Laos, we call it karaoke. It's similar to the sing-along music videos where we often see Lao words written in English.

I'm against people using Lao language in English because it makes you think what the hell the person is trying to say. They may spell a word differently to what you are familiar with.

It's like trying to speak English in written Lao language if we look at the opposite.

It's better to write in Lao or English language, simply as that.

I've seen transliterations of Lao into the Latin alphabet on facebook. Maybe Lao internet users are too lazy to use the Khmer script when they're using a computer.
