I used to like that dessert, until I tried the jelly by itself, without the sugar water, it has no taste whatsoever, it gets 100% of its taste from sugar, so it can't be very healthy.
Also, I think Beer Lao sucks, whenever I go to Laos everyone tries to force me to drink Beer Lao, except when I'm in the minority areas, and they drink whiskey from that clay pot, I like that type of alcohol better. |

Not all of it is sugar, it also has coconut flavor, hence the white colored liquid. It's a dessert, it's not meant to be healthy. Eating in moderation won't do you any harm. |
