I went to have lunch in the food court of Morning Market shopping center in Vientiane.

The eating area now looks cleaner and has air conditioning so you can enjoy your food in a cool environment.

I ordered a hamburger for 15,000 kip (just under $2 USD) and I had the choice of tomato or chilli sauce. I added tomato sauce.

The hamburger looked nothing like the picture advertised. It was dry and lacked flavor. There's still a lot of great variety of food in the Morning Market food court which opens in the morning at eightish and closes at about 4:30pm daily.

Although the food court opens early, the food choices are generally limited in the morning because the chefs are still preparing their food for the afternoon when most people come in for lunch.

Yeah, that burger looks terrible
