You have freedom to do whatever you want in Laos. Just don't talk bad about government or get involve in politics.

of course i do, lao/hmong mix women are super hot, ive seen some in the states and they are fine!

anyway no matter where you go always use protection, i was just being super cautious about safe sex. thailand is where you REALLY need to consider safe sex.
