(KPL) The People�s Republic of China will do its utmost to support the Lao PDR to become the member of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) by keeping the rights and benefits of the Lao PDR as undeveloped country to negotiate with other member of WTO.

The statement was said by Dr. Zhang Xiangchen, Minister and DPR of China to the WTO during his meeting with Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs in Vientiane on Friday.

Dr. Zhang Xiangchen�s visit to Laos aimed to report about the progressive of the negotiation to become the member of the WTO of the Lao PDR and to congratulate on the preparation of Laos for the negotiation.

Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith praised and highly valued the visit to Laos of Dr. Zhang Xiangchen and his delegation as a big contribution to create an opportunity for Laos to become a member of WTO in the future.
