There are certainly long term resident Falang there and a number of Falang establishments, but these seemed to be mainly restaurant/hotel rather than bars.

Posts: 1 Gender:	Re: Vientiane Life Reply #2 - 26^th Apr, 2013 at 10:00pm Hello, It's look very quiet at the first impression but if you like go outside you will find what you want, with a lot of 'sanouk' place, the only bad thing is maybe the last discotheque close at 4 AM. (If my memory is good and if that doesn't change since the end of 2011.)
